Easy 2 step rehydration protocol:
🧴After showering or washing your face, lock that moisture in your skin with high quality Hyaluronic Acid. My favorite is ClarityRX’s Daily Dose of Water.

🧴Once that soaks in, top it off with FHF’s Bluephoria mask. Do not rinse the mask, keep it on for over night rehydration.

This will help decrease the amount of bleeding and bruising that can occur while getting injections. A few more great tips include:
⭐️Avoid alcohol consumption 48 hours prior.
⭐️Avoid a strenuous exercise the day before which can increase blood flow to the area.
⭐️Stay hydrated to help aid in your recovery.
⭐️A lot of my clients swear by using arnica tablets a few day prior and drinking pineapple juice.
