CONGRATULATIONS to our November Employee of the Month—Pepper Baker! Pepper is our Payroll and Accounts Payable Manager! She is always the favorite person in the office on pay day!🤣
She is also our baker that bakes all the goodies for our referral sources.
Some of her work is done remotely, but we always enjoy her being in the office when she is here.
Pepper has a Master’s Degree in advertising as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in English with an emphasis on creative writing. She enjoys reading and baking—check out Crazy Whisks on Facebook.
We are so fortunate to have Pepper on our Cedar Lake team!

Happy Administrative Professionals’ Day (yesterday) to these amazing ladies! They keep our organization functional! These girls are our billers, a medical records/orders manager, HR, hospice coordinator—-all the roles that help make us successful!
Not only are each of these ladies good at what they do professionally, they also contribute to our fun, family oriented office environment—making our office a great place to work.
We are so fortunate to have them on our team!

Thank you Whistlestop for hosting us!! We had a fabulous breakfast Christmas party!!

Thank you to our lovely neighbors!!! We had the honor of hosting their party last year and this year. This group of people are all amazing and truly care about their hospice clients.

Reminder we will be closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day next week. Resume business hours Friday 12/26 at 11 am! Come see us for last 2 weekends of 2025!

This morning we had our company Christmas party and it couldn’t have gone any better. We laughed, we cried, we ate, and things may have even gotten a little physical over stealing ornaments, lol. We chose Whistlestop Cafe once again as our host and enjoyed a yummy breakfast by them. They always do such a wonderful job and we are so thankful to call them our neighbors here in Trinidad. I am constantly amazed at this wonderful group of people we have working for us at Cedar Lake. It takes special people to do the work that we do, in and out of the office and I don’t think you can find a better group of individuals. Thank you all for everything you do. See you in the New Year.
