Hot Yoga on Main Our Mission at Hot Yoga on Main is to empower our students to awaken to their highest potential and

Our goal is to support the health and well-being of our local community with affordable yoga classes taught by qualified teachers. We believe that the most effective way of creating peace in our world, communities and families is to first create peace within ourselves. We hope to facilitate a transformation in oneself by empowering our students and creating a state of bliss, joy, balance and PEACE.
