We’ve moved!
what an intense couple months of new opportunities and fast changes. One thing I know for sure is that we are not in control and the easier we can adapt and change in service to the greater whole, the better. Being calm amongst the chaos is where it’s at.

I loved Elm Street for YOGA. It was wonderful and now I feel capable to lead classes and become a better and better teacher in our new home,

This new space is located on Main Street in a historic building that my incredible sister owns. We had this vision for art and healing in 2023 when she got the place and now it’s happening. Follow this account to see SARAH’s story and support the art and yoga and community that is sure to follow.

we will be returning better than before in 2026!

Teaching a free class at sister Blandina Gardens at 11 AM Sunday as part of come take a break with me! I have a few extra mats, but if you can bring one, bring it. I’ll be doing some breathing techniques and some good poses to stretch out from all the dancing!

Hello, friends! I am starting a restorative class at 4 o’clock on Sundays. Autumn is a time for reflection, the shedding of the old to make way for the new and I thought this would be the perfect time to start up this class.

in order to afford the space, I had to move into it fully about a year ago and it has been a struggle to feel comfortable promoting classes in what is also my home. However, starting next month, this will be purely a studio for Yoga and my sewing !

working on the website to be able to sign up for classes this week but I am still regularly doing an all levels class Thursday at 9 am and starting today a restorative at 4 pm on Sundays!

You can also catch me at Blandina Gardens for next Sunday at 11! Thank you for all your support and hope to see you in class soon!

hello hello!
Thought I would share a little yoga short with you. Things are coming along and we have our first class scheduled for next Saturday! Please please spread the word, and also please donate! Still need some help as I have now been laid off for the season from bricklaying, coming into this new season of yoga. It feels right, but is also scary! Please share too. Thank you so much friends.
