The Hado of Love 💫

In A Modern Reiki Method for Healing, Hiroshi Doi describes Reiki as the universal energy that exists everywhere as hado — a wave or energy vibration.

He elaborates that the main difference between Reiki energy and non-Reiki energy is if it contains the “hado of love” and whether or not it leads you to life and harmony or it does not.

Doi Sensei describes this “hado of love” as the life energy emanating from higher consciousness and spreading equally in all directions.

Reiki energy is like the sun ☀️— emitting life energy in every direction to all creatures. This energy exists as heat, light and hado. It also exists inside us, not as a physical sun, but as an inner spiritual sun that radiates healing energy from within.

Through the practice of Reiki, we are aligning with the energy of the universe — purifying the heart and mind and returning to our true nature. 
This is the essence of Shinpiden: Reiki Level III — to deepen your resonance with the universal energy of life and consciousness, and to learn to transmit Reiki in its purest form. 💫

The Reiki Level III course offers a unique opportunity to gain not only the experience + initiation of the Shinpiden level initiation to Reiki but also to take Shoden (Reiki Level I) and Okuden (Reiki Level II) as self-study review courses.

This course offers an authentic Japanese perspective on Reiki — rooted in the spiritual and cultural traditions from which it was born.

Course Prerequisites: Reiki I & Reiki II (any lineage welcome)

When: November 15-16, 2025 from 9am to 6pm PST (Online)
