Trinity Regional Rehab Center Through exceptional care and attention to the highest standards, we are the area’s leading provider of sub-acute rehabilitation.

The Trinity Regional Rehabilitation Care team is made up of specialized, highly trained individuals. Our mission is to put residents first and provide the highest level of care to maximize recovery. Our clinical team includes

- Licensed nurses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Certified nursing assistants 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Licensed physical, occupational and speech therapists 7 days a week
- Dietitians
- Social services
- Therapeutic recreation 7 days a week
- On-site physician services including internal medicine, podiatry, psychiatry, physiatry, wound clinician, dentistry and pharmacology.

🎄🦌Christmas arts and crafts night with our amazing Girl Scout troop. They also sang Christmas carols, played the guitar, created christmas villages out of cardboard, taught us how to play dreidel, & made Christmas cards. Such a fun night!!! So thankful for them ❤️
