Today's the day to celebrate one of the world's most beloved treats: chocolate! But before you dive into that delicious bar, let's talk about how to enjoy it responsibly for your dental health.

The good news? Dark chocolate (in moderation!) can actually have some benefits due to its antioxidants.

The not-so-good news? Sugar is still sugar, and it can contribute to cavities.
