At REConnections Education Center, we recognize that social-emotional development begins with meeting a child’s most basic needs—and grows from there.
🔑 Based on Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, here’s how we support the whole child:
✅ Physiological & Safety Needs – Before a child can learn and connect, they must feel safe, rested, and cared for—physically and emotionally.
✅ Love & Belonging – Through nurturing relationships and social play, children learn how to love, trust, and engage with others.
✅ Esteem – We build confidence through encouragement, choice-making, and celebrating progress, big or small.
✅ Self-Actualization – With support, children begin to discover their passions, talents, and ways they can contribute to the world around them.
From story time and emotional games to team activities and creative outlets, everything we do is rooted in helping each child grow into their fullest potential—socially, emotionally, and beyond. 💫
