FREE yoga class that is gentle & meditative! Held monthly at the Starkey Ranch Library!

Join us on the mat to explore various gentle poses, breathwork and meditation🧘‍♀️ that will help increase your flexibility, strength 💪🏾and balance and to connect to your inner self and decrease stress.

Led by Stacey Greene, a retired physical therapy assistant, Reiki Master, and a certified 200-hour yoga instructor that favors a Hatha format. She is currently working on her 500-hour certification.

Students are asked to bring their own mats, 2 blocks (optional, but encouraged), and a blanket.
