I'm very thankful for our Board Members!

Dale Moore, Alan Martin, Rosemary Lawson, Ellen Lincoln, Kelly Meyer, Alana Wilson, Cheryl Keim and Larry Stephenson.

Every Annual Meeting they show up. In between meetings they do dozens of tasks for the cemetery. We rarely have anyone else attend these meetings and all are welcome.

That said when a family, funeral home, or monument company reaches out we are always there to respectfully assist them at no charge.

The board is asking if you can... please come join us and maybe you might want to serve on the board.

We need YOU to consider a donation and when the time comes we appreciate any consideration for memorial gifts. Your cemetery's revenue comes from donations and memorial gifts. We haven't charged dues for decades.

About 20 people attended the Memorial Day service yesterday. Thanks to the Brunswick American Legion for presenting the laying of the wreaths, color guard, a short speech and taps. The cemetery looked very nice!

Thanks to the Spring Clean Up Team! Locator Board is back up. Trash is removed. Cemetery will be mowed this next week. Thanks Alan Martin, Alana Wilson, Cheryl Price Keim, and Ellen Lincoln.

Special thanks to Dale and Jean Anne Moore for the pre clean up they did this past week.

The McCullough Cemetery Association Board Meeting was held on March 16, 2025. We covered the following topics:

1. Sales and Use, Sections, Lots and Plots/Sites Policy was updated March 16, 2025.

2. Mowing for 2025 was given to Troy Zelistra.

3. Important dates -

“Clean Up” -April 12, 2025 will be the spring clean-up day starting at 9:00 a.m. for picking up trash and light trimming.

Annual Meeting will be held July 19, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Knights Hall, Brunswick, MO.

4. The cost of everthing to include mowing has increased and your donations are needed to continue maintaining our cemetery. We continue to rely on donations, gifts, and memorials.

Update.... We selected Troy Zeilstra for our mowing for 2025.... Thanks to those who offered to take care of our Cemetery!....

We are looking for someone to mow the Cemetery for the 2025 mowing season. If you are interested contact Alan Martin for the mowing standards. The deadline is March 1st. We will consider all interested parties at the March Board Meeting.

The winds earlier this week wrecked havoc on our locator board. It's been taken down. We have a solution but Dale suggested we wait until spring to put it back up. Monday night I had 36 mph wind at my house.
