Wild Lettuce is a "w**d" medicinal; you've probably seen it, maybe even removed it from your garden or landscaping. It's easily identified by the milky sap it releases when broken and the row of tiny hair like prickles that runs the underside of the leaf.
But did you know it can help promote a more relaxed, restful sleep? Just steep fresh leaves in hot water 5-8 minutes. Remove leaves, sweeten if desired.
