🌲 First day in Portland for Frequency Specific Microcurrent training! Grateful to , the DocereVita team, and for the support on this journey. I started the day grounding in a local park—finding green spaces and syncing with the trees is how I root myself before diving into deep learning. 🌿 Now shifting into coherence with frequency—Following open doors and exploring how frequency and resonance can be used as medicine.

Aerobic Mondays!

One of my favorite go-to cardio days: simple, steady, and restorative.

Started with 20 minutes on the air bike, 20 minutes on the rower, and finished with 20 minutes in the sauna—all while keeping my heart rate between 60–80% of max (aka that aerobic sweet spot).

Evening wind-down = yoga to stretch it all out and reset.

This rhythm keeps my nervous system balanced, my recovery on point, and my mind clear.

First attempt at homemade soy milk — a little messy, but deeply rewarding.
I started with organic, non-GMO soybeans from Mulberry Lane Farms and made my way through the traditional process: soaking overnight, blending, cooking, and straining. It was a hands-on experience in food science, and a reminder of how simple, whole ingredients can become nourishing staples.

Soy milk is rich in plant-based protein, isoflavones, and essential amino acids. Making it fresh means no additives, gums, or preservatives — just clean, functional nourishment.
Highly recommend trying it if you’re curious about food prep, sustainability, or just want to reconnect with what you’re putting into your body.

Kitchen mayhem? Yes.
