Looking for a personal trainer at O’Malley’s Gym? We don’t have a personal training department and we allow any trainers to do their thing at O’Malley’s. We only require the trainer and client both be members or pay the drop in fee. Long ago I was once reprimanded at a commercial gym for showing my Mom a training circuit. I vowed if I ever opened a gym I wouldn’t stop people from teaching others. That being said, I do want to start sharing trainers that I find meet a standard of excellence that I can recommend to O’Malley’s Gym members. The obvious place to start is with and ! These two guys are high level bodybuilders and have been working with me for many years. Along with all the great equipment we are so lucky to have two of the best around working with our members to help them reach their goals. Without question these gentleman can help you reach your lean mass and fat loss goals. Both Ryan and Dillon also offer online coaching for physique competitors. Awesome weekend for at the with three incredible physiques that came away with overall wins. The Mr. Oregon title stays with O’Malley’s Gym again this year as won the overall bodybuilding title, won the overall classic physique title, and won the overall wellness title! Congratulations to , .lucci.fit, , , Shane Miller and Alexsey Leonoe who all represented 💪🏼💪🏼!
