My earliest memory of performing massage is when I was seven years old and I was walking on the back of my mother's friend. I frequently worked on my mother's back and shoulders throughout my youth, and in high school several friends declared it was a profession I ought to go into. Some ten years later I actually pursued massage as my trade. My formal massage therapy training occurred in Gold River, CA while we were in the Sacramento area for my husband's job. I have been a Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist (LMBT) in NC, and a Certified Educator of Infant Massage (CEIM), since 2008. I enjoy continuing to expand my knowledge and understanding of anatomy and bodywork therapies through texts, courses, and workshops. My clients have frequently heard me say that there is no judgement from me. I share information, you decide what to do with it for yourself. You research if it's worthwhile for you. You discuss it with your medical provider about it's viability for your situation. Outside of that, we're pot and kettle--I need to do better about my nutrition, my hydration, my exercise and fitness so I'm certainly not sharing something because I'm looking down my nose at you, it's because it might be useful to you.

My cell carrier updated something yesterday, which resulted in my answering a call because it listed a person's name with a local number. Always be mindful of how you respond to inquiries so recorded answers can't be recycled into something else entirely.

Found myself a .co rocking chair unoccupied at Charlotte Douglas International Airport - CLT while waiting for an incoming flight that was re-routed due to the impressive thunderstorm. Poor folks at baggage claim have been waiting for over an hour because all ramps are shut down due to the lightening.

Here's y'alls reminder to check arrivals before heading to pickup your peeps. Cell phone lot was overflowing. Hourly parking deck is making some bucks off me, but it allows me access to the bathrooms!

Chill, folksy, singer-songwriter kind of vibe. Raspy-voiced, baritone lead singer. I currently recommend, though I have no idea what the lyrics say.
