Feel Good Friday✨

We could not be more proud of this patient for finishing her care plan!

Not long ago, she was modifying every CrossFit workout because of knee and hip pain.
She was hurting at work.
She wasn’t sleeping well.
She was even told to stop doing the movements she loves.

But she didn’t want to give up her community
——so she didn’t.

Today, she’s working out without pain-based modifications, getting through her days comfortably, and knows exactly what to do if her knee or hip starts acting up!

This is what real progress looks like!

Not avoiding life
——but getting back to it!
