Today, we celebrate an incredible milestone as Charlotte Thomas retires after 42 years of dedicated service at Amberwell Troy Clinic. Charlotte began her career in 1982 with Dr. Eplee, helping countless patients through her hard work and compassion. Over the years, she has worked with 11 providers, has witnessed the clinic’s growth including the opening of the new building in 1995, and has become a beloved part of the Troy community.

Charlotte’s favorite memories are rooted in the connections she’s made; she has cherished the joy of seeing multiple generations of families walk through the clinic doors.

As she steps into retirement, Charlotte is looking forward to starting a new chapter, watching her grandkids play sports and enjoying some well-deserved family time.

Thank you, Charlotte, for your commitment and for being a cornerstone of the Amberwell Troy Clinic family. Your legacy of care and dedication will always be remembered.

Amberwell Troy Clinic will close at noon Christmas Eve, and will be closed on Christmas Day. The clinic will close at noon on New Year's Eve, and will again be closed all day New Year's Day.
