When we think of Chiropractic care, we think back pain. Yes, AND add sleep, digestion, energy, immune system & more. We get to analyze and adjust and then let the body do the rest. Our bodies want to heal.

Here’s how we’d encourage you w/ little ones during sickness 🤧

Vitamin C to help boost immunity
Zinc drops (this brand tastes great)
Colloidal Silver
Vitamin D to help with healing
Ear drops while they nap to let it soak in to help avoid/combat ear discomfort with increased drainage
Fruit popsicles to hydrate with added electrolytes
Let them play, give them a warm shower/bath, get some sun if you can ☀️

*these are suggestions to aid in recovery, if at any point you feel as though your child needs more attention, seek medical attention
