🌊 Acceptance says:
• Your pain is real
• You are doing the best you can
• Your experiences make sense
🔥 Change says:
• New behaviors are needed
• Skills can be learned
• A life worth living is possible
DBT teaches us that healing happens when we hold both truths at the same time. We can accept ourselves as we are and work toward change. The middle path is where growth begins. 💙🧡
