๐ Hereโs how to try it:
1๏ธโฃ Imagine a rainbow in front of you (or use this image)
2๏ธโฃ As you trace each color with your breath, inhale slowly ๐ฌ๏ธโฆ then exhale gently ๐ฎโ๐จ
3๏ธโฃ Move through red โค๏ธ, orange ๐งก, yellow ๐, green ๐, blue ๐, and purple ๐ โ letting each breath bring you calm, focus, and balance.
