👉 Here’s how to try it:
1️⃣ Imagine a rainbow in front of you (or use this image)
2️⃣ As you trace each color with your breath, inhale slowly 🌬️… then exhale gently 😮‍💨
3️⃣ Move through red ❤️, orange 🧡, yellow 💛, green 💚, blue 💙, and purple 💜 — letting each breath bring you calm, focus, and balance.

In DBT, we practice Radical Acceptance to stop fighting reality & start making peace with it. That doesn’t mean we like it. It means we stop adding suffering on top of pain. 💭✨
