This space has held so many conversations, questions, pivots, and growth moments.
It’s where I’ve shared my work, my learning, my messy middle, and the evolution of what supporting women and moms really looks like for me.
Right now, my capacity has shifted in the best and fullest way with my family life and the season I’m in with Flynn and my boys. Instead of trying to maintain multiple spaces halfway, I’m choosing to bring everything into one home.
Moving forward, all of my business, coaching, and health support content will live at Integro Health
And our families journey will continue on my personal page.

💛 A Personal Update 💙

I’ve been quiet here lately, and I wanted to share why. What began a few weeks ago as what we thought was a concussion has turned into something much deeper — our son, Flynn, has been diagnosed with a brain tumor.

The past several weeks have been filled with appointments, emotions, and a deep trust in his care team as we focus fully on his healing journey.

Right now, my full attention is on being with him — as his mom, advocate, and constant support. Because of that, I’ll be stepping back from posting and will not be meeting with clients for the time being, as my heart and energy are centered on Flynn and our family.

I’m so grateful for the community that’s been built here. This space will still be here when the time is right, and I look forward to returning with a heart even more rooted in what truly matters: healing, connection, and presence.

🤔 Okay, hear me out… your brain is basically a junk drawer. At first, it’s just a couple of random thoughts tossed in for later. But give it time and suddenly you’ve got expired coupons, 14 rubber bands, and the charger to a phone you don’t even own anymore. 🤯

📦 And what do we all do? Keep shoving more in, hoping we’ll magically find what we need when we need it. Spoiler: we never do.

🗑️ Sometimes the only way to deal with the mental junk drawer is to dump it ALL out. Look at what’s actually useful, toss the rest, and finally create space for the stuff that matters.

Overwhelm doesn’t always look like running late, endless to-do lists, or total chaos. Sometimes it’s subtle… like staring at the fridge unable to pick dinner, lying awake when you’re exhausted, or snapping at the tiniest thing.

💡 Here’s the truth: hearing someone’s story might inspire you… but inspiration alone doesn’t create lasting change.

I see so many women thinking they just need more willpower, more information, or the “right” plan. But if that worked, we would all already be thriving.
