We recently partnered with The Michigan Law Center, PLLC to share vital information about pooled trusts — a powerful resource for individuals with disabilities and their families.

During this session, we explored what pooled trusts are, when they can be used, and why they matter. Whether you’re a family member, attorney, advocate, or service provider, we believe in working together to build brighter, more secure futures — because no one should have to navigate this journey alone.

💙 A Day Rooted in Purpose 💙

Yesterday, the Springhill Housing Corp. Board of Directors and CHN Property Management came together for a powerful day of property visits—walking the grounds, stepping into homes, and seeing firsthand the spaces where our mission comes to life.

These visits weren’t just about buildings. They were about listening, learning, and reconnecting with the reason we do this work: to create safe, dignified, and accessible housing for people with disabilities. Each property tells a story. Some of resilience, some of challenge, all of community.

We’re proud of the progress we’ve made—and even more committed to the work ahead. Thank you to our board for showing up with open hearts and to Community Housing Network, Inc. who help us create spaces that truly feel like home.
