Premier Private Duty is seeking Home Health Aides to join our team!

What is private duty? Private duty is a service provided to individuals who are in need of assistance
with day-to-day activities. The primary goal is to provide additional support and assistance for our clients
to remain independent and safe within the premises of their homes.

Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
Completing bathing, dressing, and grooming
Preforming housekeeping and laundry services
Preparing and serving meals and snacks
Helping clients care for themselves by teaching use of cane or walker, special utensils to eat, special
techniques and equipment for personal hygiene
Lifting and repositioning clients
Recording client information by making entries in the EMR system
Notifying nursing supervisor of changing or unusual conditions
Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following company standards and procedures
Maintaining security precautions
Following prescribed dietary requirements and nutrition standards
Protecting the agency and our clients by adhering to professional standards, home care policies and
procedures, federal, state, and local requirements
Job Requirements:
HHA/Nurse Aide training or relevant experience
Previous Private Duty experience preferred, but not required
Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Current CPR Certification
Knowledgeable and compliant with HIPAA regulations
Must be willing to participate in a background check and drug screening
