Dr. Robert Liljeberg recently met with students in Alyssa Free’s Health Sciences class from the Troy-Pike Center for Technology as they wrap up clinicals at Troy Regional.
After spending the semester learning alongside our team, these future healthcare professionals are gaining real-world experience and inspiration.

🏀 Basketball season has started for many in the area, with many more set to play!
Whether you’re playing in a league, cheering from the stands, or helping your kids get ready for their first tip-off, now is the perfect time to focus on staying injury-free.

A few quick reminders:
• Stretch before AND after playing
• Work on balance and ankle strength
• Take rest days seriously
• If something feels “off,” don’t push through the pain
