🔹 Revision Distal Biceps Repair in the Setting of Heterotopic Ossification
This report highlights a rare but significant complication following distal biceps tendon repair. Preoperative CT imaging was critical for operative planning, and revision reconstruction was successfully performed using an Achilles tendon allograft.

🔹 Conversion to Stemless Reverse Total Shoulder Arthroplasty After Failed Stemless Anatomic TSA
This case demonstrates persistent instability following stemless anatomic TSA and successful conversion to stemless reverse TSA, emphasizing key considerations in implant selection and revision arthroplasty, particularly in younger patients.
