If you’re anything like me, stopping to sit down and eat can sometimes be the last thing you think to do, or want to do…

The truth is if you want to experience sustainable fat loss, and you want your time spent in the gym to pay off, you have to eat.

So in order to see the results you desire, eating regular meals throughout your day must become a nonnegotiable.

Just like planning another part of your day - when and where to be, you should be planning around your meal times too.

This means eating breakfast before or on your way to work EVERY morning.

This means brining quality snacks with you that make up a balanced meal of protein carbs and fats, when you’re going to be away from home for 4+ hours.

This means having a food window you eat within every 3-4 hours.

This means choosing foods when out and about that cover your protein carbs and fats you need.

Ever since I learned how nutrition interacted with our bodies back in 2015, and I understood what my body needed for specific results, it changed my eating habits and relationship with food forever.

And finally helped me reach the fitness goals I had after trying for so long eating mostly turkey burgers and broccoli, and low calorie frozen breakfast sandwiches.

Eating this way is a bit of a learning curve and habit change, but I promise you it will pay off! 🔥💪🏼

So I wanted to introduce myself as that coach…

Hi, it’s me 🙋🏼‍♀️

I love helping people build their sexiest body yet.

And when you train and nourish your body properly, it will thank you for it, and you’ll feel hot af.

At any age.

Training for health? Necessary, but maybe too boring of a reason to keep you focused when it matters.

The more you win.

I’m a fitness coach and I *hate* talking about weight loss and fat loss….

It’s the surface level desire.

It’s what you think is the answer to your problems.

Just like someone who has no money, only thinks about needing money.

It’s not about the weight.
It’s not about the money.

It will certainly be a BY PRODUCT of what it’s actually about, so don’t worry you WILL lose the weight…

But what’s actually important for you to feel the way you want to feel in your body is…

🫶🏻Self respecting habits for exercise and nutrition
💪🏼Building strength and muscle mass
🔥Increasing your metabolism
☺️ Regulating your nervous system
❤️‍🔥Commitment to your betterment
🙌🏼 Practicing Self respect
😘 Building confidence in yourself
Discipline

❤️‍🔥And overcoming/persevering over your current limitations

When you practice and focus on those things, the weight loss will come. No doubt.

Better yet, body recomposition will happen 💪🏼🔥

Better mental and physical health will happen.

Long term SUSTAINABLE results will happen.

Meaning you will achieve the goal for how you want your physique to look now…

But you’ll also go beyond that.

And you’ll be able to maintain it while also continually improving it.

This is the secret your sustainable weight loss…FUEL & PLEASURE 💪🏼😍🤤

That is what the experience of food should be.

Not carb free.
Not sugar free.
Not low calorie.
Not low fat.
Not skipping meals to make room for Thanksgiving dinner.
Not feeling guilty because you had 2 pieces of pie.

There is food intended to be for FUEL.

This is when you know how many Protein, Carbs, and Fats you should be eating to support your goals (which honestly can be ANY foods picked based on your targets).

& there is food intended for simply just PLEASURE.

These are foods you choose to eat form special occasion, because you’re craving it, because it’s your favorite, because you simply just want to…

But it can only fall within PLEASURE if you do not guilt or punish yourself afterwards 😶

But you get to have both experiences of food.

That’s how reach your goals AND create sustainability 🏆

So tomorrow… on THANKSGIVING DAY 🦃…

Wake up - eat your FUEL foods.

Mid day - eat your FUEL foods and/or snacks.

Dinner - pick foods than can fulfill your FUEL needs (ie 3-5 oz Turkey for Protein)… as well as your 😍PLEASURE🤤 foods without restriction (these will most certainly fulfill the rest your carb and fat FUEL needs… but it’s ok to go overboard this day too)

Let your stomach settle for an hour or two, then top your day off with another PLEASURE food for dessert 😋😮‍💨

Does changing the external circumstances change your internal world?

Or does the internal world change the external circumstances?

What comes first? The 🐓 or 🥚?

(We’ll never know that one…🤪lol)

But what we do know is that you can only change what you *can control*.

And if you can’t control the external circumstances…

and you’re frustrated repeating the same outcome(s) over and over…

What you CAN control is your inner world 🧠❤️‍🔥

And when your inner world changes -
it opens up a bigger perspective…
which will open more doors…
which will allow you to see and act on MORE opportunities.

Differently.
