It's hard to believe that flu season is once again just around the corner. Talk to your provider about when you should get your flu vaccination.

Every year, James Shirley is the first patient to get his at Pike Internal Medicine, PC. He made his appointment and came to the office this morning.

Make sure you have a primary care provider to monitor your health and recommend the appropriate vaccinations, etc. Troy Regional has two primary care clinics in Troy, one in Brundidge, and one in Elba. We are accepting new patients.

Welcome home, Abby Qualls, FNP-C, the newest provider at Pike Internal Medicine, A Troy Regional Primary Care Clinic! Abby has a master's degree in nursing with a focus in Family Nurse Practitioner from Auburn University Montgomery with eight years of critical care nursing experience and a year-and-a-half advanced practice nursing experience in cardiology. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of South Alabama and her associate's degree in nursing from Wallace Community College.

In addition to working for Jackson Hospital and Clinics and Flowers Hospital, she was an RN in the ICU and Med Surg at Troy Regional.

Abby joins Dr. Richard Boone and Suzanne Tompkins, PA-C, along with the rest of the great team at Pike Internal Medicine, PC.

For a limited time (now through March 14th), the Troy Regional Women's Diagnostic Center is offering walk-in mammograms Monday through Friday from 1 p.m. until 3:30 p.m.

The walk-in visits are for screening patients only. You may self-refer (without a provider's orders) as long as it is time to do it per insurance.

If you have insurance questions, call us at 334-670-0927. You may also make an appointment.
