Alpha gal allergy no joke! Apparently got a tick bite from a lone star tick that gave me a severe allergy to beef, pork, lamb, basically any mammals… I went to a buffet with my kids for lunch yesterday and only got carry out with masks on!! Got veges, rice noodles and fish - apparently the mushrooms were soaked in a beef gravy - No Bueno 😳 ended up spending rest of the day in the emergency room.
