We want to congratulate Rick Smith, Troy Regional CEO, on being named a 2026 Baldrige Foundation Leadership Award Recipient.

The Foundation Leadership Award for Excellence was established to recognize leaders in business, nonprofit, government, healthcare, education, cybersecurity and community who provide exceptional support to Baldrige and the Foundation’s mission.

Smith and the other award recipients will be honored during the Foundation Awards Luncheon on March 31, 2026, in Baltimore, Maryland.
