Every spring we declutter the closets, donate the stuff we never use, and deep clean the house. But there are areas most of us never think to touch. In the old testament the Lords people had great supernatural victories that was directly AND ONLY bc of the God they served....The God of Abraham, Issac & Jacob! Praise the Lord we have Jesus! No burnt animal offerings to redeem our sin needed.

They would make great monuments and name them....Saying this is where the Lord did .......
The bible would say and there it stands to this day.

Well- one of my Spring Break projects was to make my own monument/memorial to the Lord! Rocks from our creek, the house the Lord built for us and painted the things the Lord has given me victory in!

Words or our actions can never give The Lord the praise due for redeeming us, protecting us and bringing us through the pain of living in this broken world.

Thank you Jesus for my life! Use it to bring you Glory!!

Not all gummies are created equal.

Here’s what stood out when I compared them.

One has a warning label. The other does not.

One is made with essentially one main “real” ingredient. The other contains 22 plus real food ingredients.

One is produced by a pharmaceutical company. The other is made by a company dedicated to whole food nutrition.

THIS RIGHT HERE IS A SPIRITUAL WEAPON 🙌 🙏 ✨️ 👏

The longer I am on my health journey (20+ years now) the more I realize how simple yet complex & hard to commit to daily good health practices can be....

I am so grateful to have found a few consistent 🙏 things to constantly support my health & my families when LIFE doesn't always give us great options to help the body heal.

🍉 Jesus! The word made flesh & worshipping the God of creation and hearing, reading, studying his word/promises!

🍋 Water 💧

🍓 Exercise especially outdoors if possible (nature bathing)

🍆 Juice Plus+ litterally God's food in a capsule or shake (consistent nutrition)

🥑 REST quality sleep 😴 💤 or litterally resting in bed, clean, oiled up, lights off & listening 🎶 to the word

🍊 Family support quality relationships you can trust, depend on, know they have your back in life AND pray for you. (DONT have? Been there- SOW into it! GOD will bring it)

🫐 Use quality simple ingredients on skin, hair, household. Essential Oils & herbs 🌿 ✨️ are God's plants he gave us! Annointing oil should be used daily to combat in the supernatural
