Ancient herbs....not new...
But wanted to share how this product has helped me in these last two years going through menopause AND having this HUGE life changing experience of going back to full time Montessori teaching after 28 years. I was so excited for this but was not prepared for how children & families have changed though the years. I also wasn't truly aware of how not being home like I was used to being now for 27years would effect my mental state.

I drink this powder hot like a tea....I was doing it before the gym in the afternoon but this week started in the morning after my 1st cup of coffee. I think what I would share is it gives me a boost & mental clarity but with calmness too....plus greatly reduced hot flashes.

I just had one of my teachers order from school & thought I should give a shout out to this!
