Hospitality Manager

The Hospitality Manager performs a variety of tasks throughout the organization to support daily operations and ensure quality food service for individuals and employees. Responsibilities include assisting with meal preparation and service according to scheduled times and menu specifications.

This position requires knowledge of a wide range of dietary needs and the ability to prepare and portion meals appropriately to meet those needs. The Hospitality Manager is also responsible for understanding and utilizing the POS system across all retail locations, including tracking stock, managing inventory, and ordering necessary supplies.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record required
Supervisory experience required; experience managing and leading a food service team preferred
Experience working with individuals with IDD preferred, but willing to train otherwise qualified candidates
Certification in medication administration, First Aid, and CPR preferred
Must successfully clear criminal record and other background checks in accordance with state requirements
