I call my program Change Your Life with Food. If we find ourselves in a place of illness, sadness, unhappiness and generally not liking ourselves, we have probably used food to get us there. Change Your Life with Food reverses this momentum with good, real food and positive lifestyle changes over six months. You can reclaim your happiness and zest for life and reach your wellness goals that you only dreamed of.

I remember being exhausted at the end of a week from deciding what I was supposed to eat 3 meals x 7 days = 21. Some ways of eating cause us to be hungry every 2 hours (vegan). Some ways of eating suggest we eat the rainbow and get as much variety as possible (vegetarian-very exhausting). Some ways of eating require lots of supplementation ( the 2 diets I just mentioned) because they are devoid of significant, critical nutrients (I don't think God made this world and all it's food sources so we could take lots of pills). I think we are supposed to eat fat (for your brain and every other function in your body) and meat ( which gives you all the amino acids..think building blocks for our body to repair). This is the best diet to gain optimal health. Let me know if you want to know how to do this with ease.

Big Food Big Pharma one in the same. Eat this food until you need these pills. Keto/carnivore like we are meant to eat.

What do these 6 nutrients have in common.... Beta-Carotene, Lutein, Zeaxanthin, Glutathione, Taurine and Magnesium? If you guessed they are all critical for eye health, you are correct. Get your beta-carotene from carrots, squash, sweet potaotes and apricots. Get lutein from eating kale, spinach, goji berries and citrus fruits. Get your Zeaxanthin from eating pumpkins, tomatoes, red peppers and squash. Get your glutathione from eating brussel sprouts, broccholi, cauliflower and kale.
