On Tuesdays at Stull Woodworks, Dan (filling in) and Nathan help maintain clean workstations and machinery. Using brooms, dustpans, dust mops, and an electric sweeper, they keep sawdust and debris under control to ensure a safe and organized workspace.

This group began working on a bird-themed craft and especially enjoyed painting! It is always a favorite activity! 🎨🐦 Once the paint has fully dried, they’ll complete their creations by gluing on feathers, adding texture and a fun creative touch.

The group had fun playing Red Light, Green Light while practicing important pedestrian safety skills! 🚦 This interactive activity helped individuals work on listening, following directions, and knowing when to stop and go, all while building awareness in a fun way. It also reinforced real-world skills they can use when navigating crosswalks and community spaces.

The Tongass group had a great time playing Conversation Ball! ⚽🗣️ This activity combined physical movement and hand-eye coordination with meaningful social interaction. Persons served used their dexterity to pass the ball while choosing conversation topics, giving everyone a chance to share their interests, opinions, and experiences. It was a fun, engaging way to encourage communication, turn-taking, and connection, while keeping everyone actively involved! 💙

The new year is in full swing! 🎉 Larenzo’s Voc Hab group took time to talk about employment goals and future dreams by creating vision boards. Larenzo was especially excited to add his favorite sports and team to his board. When asked about employment goals, he made it crystal clear: “More money!” 💪💰

We had an amazing time at our annual Christmas party! 🎄 The Grinch stopped by, Mr. and Mrs. Claus paid us a visit, and we enjoyed bingo, Christmas painting, karaoke, and lots of fun games. Everyone had a great time!
