This Saturday! We are kicking off our 2026 local history series with a talk by volunteer and researcher Joe Pyle. He will present his research about Colonel Derrick Lane, a soldier in the American Revolution, and his burial in Oakwood Cemetery. The talk will also include a general discussion of public and family burial grounds in Troy and Lansingburgh and the US Rural Cemetery movement.
