Whether you’re a history buff, architecture enthusiast, community supporter, or just a curious Nosy Nelly, Second Story Secrets invites you to explore Troy’s 19th-century buildings and discover how they’ve been transformed into stunning spaces for today — and tomorrow.
You’ll visit buildings slated for renovation, currently under development, and recently completed projects, each revealing the potential and beauty of Troy’s historic architecture. Return guests especially love seeing how these spaces evolve from tour to tour!

Our tour begins in a place that has stood through both tragedy and triumph. This grand home once faced devastation, but rose from the ashes to be beautifully restored. Today, it continues to serve the Troy community with a new purpose.

On November 1st, it will welcome you with hors d’oeuvres, refreshments, and a first glimpse into the secrets of downtown Troy.
