We take exercise seriously around here! 💪🏼

Our morning exercise class helps residents maintain strength and stay active, while our therapy partner, EmpowerMe Wellness, supports those who may be going through a challenging time, helping them recover, rebuild confidence, and become the best versions of themselves.

A little movement, a lot of encouragement, and a community that cheers each other on every step of the way!

From culinary-inspired experiences and shared table moments to reflection, gratitude, and meaningful connection, February is all about savoring what truly sustains us and creating space for balance, compassion, and joy.

George has been a resident at our community for a few months and is someone who truly makes our days brighter with his amazing sense of humor and infectious laughter. He is always ready with a perfectly timed joke that puts a smile on everyone’s face. He is a lifelong New England Patriots fan and is especially excited to watch them in the Super Bowl again. He loves sharing his team pride with those around him. George worked for an impressive 42 years in offset printing, a career he’s proud of and enjoys spending his time fishing, hunting and swapping outdoor stories, including proudly talking about the biggest deer he ever got an eight pointer in Massachusetts. He’s also a big fan of classic John Wayne movies and never turns down a good western. With his humor, stories and positive spirit, George brings warmth and joy to our community every single day and we’re so lucky to have him!!

Meet Isabella, community concierge! When she’s not killing it at work, she’s busy working toward her nursing degree and chasing her dreams in healthcare. She’s a total animal lover with two pet snakes (yes, really 😄), a huge Disney World fan, and someone who truly values family above everything. We’re so lucky to have her on our team!

With over five years of experience, Dana serves as a compassionate Caregiver at our community, providing care to our residents with patience, empathy, reliability, and respect. Beyond her caregiving duties, Dana is a loving wife and mother of four beautiful children. She prioritizes quality time with her family, enjoying activities such as bowling, playing arcade games, and visiting trampoline parks. Dana is often seen cheering from the stands for her children during their sporting events.

This January opens like a fresh canvas brushed with possibility as we welcome a new year filled with creativity, curiosity, and lighthearted joy.

Our theme, Playology: The Art of Fun, celebrates the truth that play is something we carry throughout life. It strengthens our minds, nurtures our spirits, and connects us in beautifully meaningful ways.

This month, we are embracing play in a whole new way by exploring it through the many National Fun Days woven throughout January. With a full calendar of themed celebrations and creative moments, residents will have countless opportunities to jump in, explore freely, and enjoy the simple delight of play.

Together, we step into the new year with a joyful mindset that invites exploration, connection, and creative expression. Here is to a January filled with wonder, connection, and the beautiful art of play.
