If you’re anything like me you carry more than enough things in your bag. Some of it is necessary and the other 90% is snacks for my toddler. It’s nice to have what you need on hand. But did you know that you could be causing a lot of your upper back, shoulder and neck problems and that decreasing the load you carry in your shoulder bag or two strapping your backpack + chiropractic care can help alleviate these problems.
