Shine Bright! Mini-Camp 🥰These incredible girls showed up for themselves through poetry writing, image making, expressive movement and finally a collaborative poetry collage.

Exciting update from our little wellness corner 💚

Hope — the grounding, sweet voice many of you know from our messages and calls — is officially on maternity leave! We’re over the moon for her and her growing family!!!

While she’s away, Jess will be stepping in to help with admin support. She brings a calming presence, a sharp eye for detail, and a creative spark to everything she touches. As a toddler boy mom, she’s no stranger to multitasking with grace — and she shows up with both warmth and strength.

She’s already finding her rhythm here, and we’re so grateful for the care and intention she brings to our community!

Send Hope some love, and give Jess a warm welcome when you connect with her! 🌿

We’re gathering to celebrate the light within — and you’re invited. 💫

This 3-day mini camp is a soul-nourishing space for youth to explore their voices, build confidence, and express themselves through the healing art of poetry.

Together, we’ll move, write, reflect, and rise — using poetry as our guide. We’ll also expand into expressive arts by creating visual images and working with clay to help bring our inner worlds to life.

Hello!! We just wanted to let everyone know that we are going to be on a little “field trip” working offsite for the weekend.

Just know we have not forgotten about you! We will just be in a place that doesn’t have the best cell service so we most likely wont see your calls or messages until we get home.

How cool is this? I got to adjust Justin and Jewels Ortiz (Diego and Maria from Cobra Kai) while they were in town for the Boyer Academy event!

Not to brag (okay, maybe a little), but Jewels said it was ‘the most thorough adjustment’ she’s ever had—and that’s coming from someone who gets regular care. 💅

It was such a privilege to adjust these martial arts legends and stunt actors! They’re just as impressive in person as they are on screen—dedicated, skilled, and committed to staying at the top of their game.
