We know that drinking water is part of our healthy foundation. Our muscles even crave water just to get going throughout the day.

Treating the symptoms only is like waiting for things to get worse.

Imagine you found a puddle on your floor…you look up and see a drop forming from a leak in your roof.

Well, maybe you clean up the water and put a bucket down to catch any more water that drops.

Problem solved right? Of course not!

Next you’ll probably try to figure out what’s causing that leak in the roof in the first place so it doesn’t get worse.

Same thing goes with our bodies. If we have a headache, we may have some remedies for relief, but finding the root cause and treating that will go a long way to make sure those headaches are far and few between.

We’ve all heard it takes 21 days to form a habit. But, how we do even start day one to begin with?

The best thing to do first is make it easy!

For instance, if you want to workout in the morning, lay out your workout clothes and shoes the night before. That way when you see them, it’s a tiny bit easier to slip them on.

AND, maybe your goal isn’t even to get the workout going at first, but just get the workout clothes on! Then, maybe you can think about adding some extra movement to that.

Above all, always be patient with yourself. Every little bit counts.

Did you know that inflammation in the body can lead to several mental and physical conditions?

What can cause inflammation in your body can be specific to you. However, the most notable causes are inflammatory foods, stress, vitamin deficiency, and lack of sleep.

Setting your health up for success means taking care of the root cause not masking the symptoms.

For instance, just because you’re tired doesn’t mean you need more coffee… It could be as simple as more sleep or better foods.
