Please join us in giving a HUGE Thrive welcome to Dr. Emma Scarpaci, who officially joins the Thrive Chiropractic team on June 8th as our new Associate Doctor!

Over the past several years, Thrive Chiropractic has continued to grow because of the trust our incredible patients place in us every day. As we continue expanding our mission to serve more families, athletes, children, and individuals in our community, we knew we needed someone special to help lead the way.

Dr. Emma brings 6 years of clinical experience, a passion for helping people of all ages and abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care. She will be working 3 days per week alongside Dr. Rubinstein, helping us increase availability, expand our services, and continue providing the high level of care Thrive patients have come to expect.

Stop “Shrimping” at Your Desk!

If you work at a desk, chances are you’ve caught yourself slouching forward—rounded shoulders, head jutting toward the screen, spine collapsing. Over time, this “shrimping” posture can lead to neck pain, headaches, shoulder tension, and long-term postural issues.

✨ A few simple fixes make a big difference:
✔️ Keep your screen at eye level
✔️ Sit all the way back with your feet flat on the floor
✔️ Keep your ears stacked over your shoulders
✔️ Take movement breaks every 30–45 minutes

Your body adapts to what you do most often. Small daily posture corrections can help prevent bigger problems down the road.
