Hello everyone! I’m so excited to open this page dedicated to counseling and the areas of mental health that I’m truly passionate about. Like many counselors, I have a deep commitment to helping others—but my passion also comes from my own experiences navigating grief, depression, and anxiety. Those chapters in my life shaped the way I show up for others, with empathy, patience, and genuine understanding.
Alongside my work in the mental health field, I’m also a mom, a student, and a full‑time worker with the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline. Each of these roles has taught me something different about resilience, compassion, and the importance of having a safe place to land when life feels overwhelming.
And because life is beautifully multifaceted, I also run a small cookie‑decorating business—a creative outlet that brings me joy and balance. All of these pieces of my life come together to shape the way I support others: with authenticity, creativity, and a deep respect for the many roles we all juggle.
My goal for this space is to offer a place where people feel heard, understood, and supported. Whether you’re navigating your own challenges or simply seeking encouragement, I’m grateful you’re here and I look forward to growing this community with you.
If you or someone you know would be interested in connecting in services with me, please call or visit the website to book a session or discovery call with me today!
