We believe in creating great-tasting food that supports optimal nutrition and sustainable food practices. Forklore Foods is a nutritional food business based out of Truckee, CA created by Chef Libby Sullivan and Chef Andrea Tarantino. Both chefs are Certified Natural Chefs who have spent the past decade in various kitchens around California. Forklore Foods was created out of a desire to provide the Truckee community with interesting yet accessible healthy options. We use only the best quality ingredients that are unrefined, organic, seasonal, and local when possible. Our services include meal prepping, in-home cheffing, postpartum meal services, small catered parties, and nutritional guidance.
