Have you met Joani? She’s an extraordinary human. A mother, teacher, and friend. She doesn’t do social media. And that, in and of itself, is rather profound.

She teaches Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings 8-9am, Bikram 60. Shes’s also helped tend to the studio in many ways you don’t see on the daily.

Thank you for your support and trust in Alpenflow. The past 6 months have been nothing short of monumental, and we still have a long journey ahead.

We believe in keeping people as safe as possible. We believe in shared responsibility. We believe in middle ground. We believe in living a healthy life.

We honor your choices and we appreciate you honoring ours. As we head into the cold months, we’ll be right here, distanced a minimum of 6 feet, masks to mat, infrared heat glowing, dual exhaust systems pulling stagnant air up and out, moving our bodies, controlling our breath, and being a part of community.

We have a lot of beautiful offerings coming up this winter. We’re not going to hide. We’re not going to be reckless. We’re going to live our lives and celebrate this amazing place we call home.
