At Mountain Lotus Yoga we offer hot yoga, pilates, and aerial yoga classes, with warm yin and Bikram, as well as private yoga options. During the summer, we offer Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga on Lake Tahoe and Donner Lake, as well as Outdoor Aerial Yoga Classes on the spacious deck at our Tahoe City Studio. Our Café is open daily from 11:00am - 3:00pm. Join us for lunch, grab a coffee, or hang out and enjoy an adult beverage on our beautiful patio overlooking the mountains. We have a state-of-the-art, Live Music & Events Venue, and have quickly become a local favorite for awesome weekend events and intimate weddings! Our beautiful space is available for year-round private event bookings with full-service catering options provided by Mountain Lotus Provisions. Browse our online boutique at the Mountain Lotus Shop for locally designed apparel and hats, plus unique Lake Tahoe inspired yoga mats and clothing.

🌑✨ Lotus Bloom | January New Moon ✨🌑

Join guest instructor Nicole Sklar and DJ Bela Bass for an evening of intention, movement, and music as we gather under the January New Moon.

We’ll open the night by creating a group mandala—a shared ritual of renewal and possibility—then dance, breathe, and bloom together through sound and movement. 🌸
Please bring one natural item to add to the mandala (flowers, leaves, branches, petals, or pinecones).

The lotus reminds us that growth is born from the depths—each petal, each chakra, awakening as we shed old patterns and plant new seeds for the year ahead.

Join us for a meaningful community conversation on the Washoe Land Back movement, Washoe spirituality, stewardship, and how to support Washiw Zulshish Goom Tahn-Nu (WZGT).

Dr. Lisa Grayshield, WZGT Executive Director, will be joined by WZGT board members and tribal members for a roundtable discussion on returning Washoe spirituality, values, and stewardship to the Tahoe Basin—and realizing the vision of the Washoe Peoples’ House. This powerful gathering will share what’s happening now in the Land Back movement and how you can help.
