Often referred to as "The Master Antioxidant," it's produced in the highest concentration in the liver, lungs, and brain. While it's possible to take glutathione orally, uptake is challenged due to having to pass through the gut. Liposomal liquid forms are considered the best form for oral intake, however, injections are considered the best form of delivery.
