Hello Facebookers!
I am teaching an eye opening workshop next Saturday at Camp 1 Fitness (2/11 12:30-4:30p) and wanted to extend an invite as there are still spaces left.
THIS IS THE INFORMATION I WISH WAS TAUGHT IN ALL PHYSICAL THERAPY DOCTORAL PROGRAMS: truly game changing!
I see it in my 3 year old. I see it in teenagers and well into late adulthood. The human patterns of unwinding are consistent throughout our lives and the longer these patterns are in relationship with gravity, the more impactful they become. From early on, the inescapable fact that we are not symmetrical inside reflects and progresses our imbalances outside of our bodies.
As I've studied with the Postural Restoration Institute and applied prior knowledge from NeuroKinetic Therapy, I've seen and treated these patterns quite successfully to improve performance and pain.
