A full weekend of childbirth preparation. Prental yoga, Comprehensive childbirth education which blends the wisdom and practices of GentleBirth and Birthing From Within, dedicated workshops for infant feeding and care, partner work, comfortable accommodations ON Lake Tahoe, incredible food, self-hypnosis for deep relaxation in labor, time to explore and enjoy the area and each other, plus a closing ceremony with a beautiful sound healing.
