I am hosting a workshop soon, as part of the WOMEN’S WELLNESS WEDNESDAYS series.
🙌🏼We’ll learn HOW self-massage, self-lymphatic drainage, gentle movement/stretching and WHY these techniques can facilitate improved health, reduced muscle tension, stress reduction, etc.
💖 Women and those who identify as female are welcome.
