About Me
Welcome! My name is Elizabeth Rodriguez, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I provide Psychotherapy to children, adults, couples, and families. A little background on me: I went to Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT where I received my Bachelor’s in Social Work. While in attendance there, I had the opportunity to intern at a local homeless shelter where I worked with individuals in need of housing and other resources. I also had the opportunity to intern at the Department of Children and Families where I worked on case studies for families seeking adoption of children. After receiving my Bachelor’s, I went onto Fordham University in New York where I received my Master’s in Social Work. There, I had the opportunity to intern at a local high school in Connecticut working with high school students and their families regarding social, emotional, and educational goals. I have been able to continue my work in schools, working in a Therapeutic setting and also in the public school setting. I have worked with K-12 students for many years, and enjoy collaborating with students, families and staff to support students. I am Certified to work in schools, and also hold my License to practice Social Work in Connecticut (LCSW).
For individuals seeking support, please check out my website for more details into what I offer. I offer in-home counseling services if needed, along with weekend office hours. I currently accept Husky, Anthem, and Cigna Insurance. Thank you for visiting my page! I look forward in helping you reach your wellness goals.
