Meet Nora! She came for training because she had no experience in weight training and was very uncomfortable in the gym setting. She told me that her "fat clothes" were too tight and that her goal was to go from a size 10 to a comfortable size 8. She also wanted to be tight and toned. Nora not only achieved her goal of becoming a comfortable size 8, she also lost 4% body fat and 7 1/4 inches overall!

I LOVE this because it's all about exercise and nutrition when you think about it. If you keep going down the same unhealthy path of little exercise and a not-so-great diet nothing will change. If you truly want to lose that last 10 pounds or get rid of the muffin top once and for all you need to step outside your comfort zone and ask for professional help.

Why did I become a Certified Personal Trainer in 1996? I became a trainer because one day at work I got a phone call from my Mother. She told me that my cousin, who was only in his early 40's, had a massive heart attack while he was playing racquetball on his lunch hour and he was dead. He left behind a wife who was a stay-at-home Mom with three kids ages, 4, 6, and 8. It was then that I decided to get on a mission to help people get healthy by exercising, losing weight, and embracing a good diet! Life is short!

Happy 2017 ! I have now been in training for over twenty years ! I have many, many happy Trumbull Moms and Dads as my clients .
