🌿 Grateful for the opportunity to speak with the Y’s Men ! 🌿

I had the pleasure of sharing some thoughts on healthy living from an ENT perspective — focusing on how small habits can make a big difference in our breathing, sleep, and overall wellness. From nasal health and allergy control to the importance of good sleep hygiene and staying hydrated, it was great to discuss how ear, nose, and throat health connects to our daily quality of life.
