✨Did you know there are Physical Therapists trained to be a part of your lactation journey?

Having a team in place is key and should include a lactation consultant (IBCLC), a Physical Therapist trained in breast anatomy, engorgement, plugged ducts and mastitis management and perhaps an SLP trained in infant feeding to help with baby’s needs.

If you have struggled in the past or are still struggling and don’t have your team in place, let’s chat about it!
